A Friendly Check-In 🇹ðŸ‡
Hey there Thailand Lovers, it’s been a while since you’ve gotten an email and I should explain.Â
Adam and I have halted production on the earth shattering Thailand Weekly Update….you may have noticed. We have been super busy working on other stuff and that ended up falling victim to that dreaded nemesis none of us can beat….father time. Sorry ‘bout that, but to be honest we aren’t sure when that will start up again.Â
In the meantime, I thought I’d change things up a bit and write you a personal message to let you know what’s going on in RW4U-land. Here’s a quick rundown:
I’m baaaaaack. As you may have noticed I finally started making videos again. And man it felt good. But I’m not gonna lie, taking 5 weeks off was refreshing. It’s not until I jumped off the cycle that I realized it had been over 3 straight years where I made between 2 and 3 vids a week. I spent my time mostly in Korea with my wife and daughter and I can tell you there’s nothing better in this world than spending time with those two lovely ladies.Â
We managed to pull off our biggest pay it forward video yet. I hope you saw it, because it simply wouldn’t have happened without your support. Not sure what it made you think but for me the most amazing thing was seeing how just ONE scholarship can literally change an entire community. These hill tribe kids almost always want to take the kind gestures given to them and work hard to bring the future benefits to their entire home village. Talk about Paying it Forward!Â
Members Meetup – next one coming on Oct. 25. To all the BOD’s reading this, I can’t wait to catch up and have some laughs, drinks and good times. To anyone who wants to join this group, do so at your own risk. Follow this link for more info. on what the RW4U Members Program is all about: https://retiredworkingforyou.com/memberships/
Teenee Update! It’s been a few months in the making but our developers finally got it done and the new Freemium version of our Thailand Travel App is now live in the Apple and Android App stores. Thanks to Fah’s hard work this year, we now have over 500 of our favorite places in Thailand in there so I hope you check it out: https://teenee.onelink.me/6pHT/RW4U
That’s about it for now. If you were only here for Thailand Weekly sorry to disappoint you. I’ll write again next month but for now it’s back to video making. I got boats, villas, rice mills, tax law updates, and food on the schedule. The next month is gonna be fun. Thanks for your support and until we meet again, let’s stay engaged.
